New to Trackost? Create your account, walk the Get started wizard, and see how materials, recipes, batches and orders fit together.

  1. TUTORIAL: Get started with Trackost

    About 30 minutes: sign up, save your profile, walk one material, recipe, batch and sale through Trackost, then plan the day you bring your real stock in.

  2. Create your Trackost account

    Sign up with your email and password or with Google, confirm the emailed link, and land in your new workspace with a 14-day free trial.

  3. Sign in and sign out

    Sign in with your email and password or with Google, decide whether to stay signed in on this computer, and sign out from the top bar.

  4. Reset or change your password

    Request a reset link from the sign-in page, or open the reset page while signed in, then choose a new password of at least 8 characters.

  5. Set up your workspace with Get started

    Walk the four steps of Get started: your business profile, bringing your data in, the daily loop and the finish check, and learn what Activated means.

  6. About the inventory start date

    The day Trackost starts counting your stock. Purchases, batches, adjustments and shipments dated before it are refused, so your opening stock value stays true.

  7. Bring your real stock into Trackost

    Set your inventory start date to the day you count, enter what you hold as opening stock with its cost, add your recipes, or ask us to do it for free.
